• All scheduled transfers and loan payments will remain.
• All current Bill Pay payments will remain.
On October 12, 2011, you will be prompted to follow the six steps below to log in to internet banking. You will only need to perform these steps once.

October 12, 2011 Online Banking Conversion
Step 1: Enter your One-Time Secret Code.
This is your existing login ID + last four digits of SSN;
For example, if login is jdoe and SSN is 123-45-6789, the secret
answer is jdoe6789
If login is SSN, the secret answer is 1234567896789
Step 2: Create a User Name and Password.
The password must be at least 6 characters long and include a number.
Step 3: Select and Answer 3 Security Questions.
Examples of Security Questions include:
What was your childhood nickname?
What street did you live on as a third grader?
What is the middle name of your youngest child?
What is your oldest sibling’s middle name?
What school did you attend for sixth grade?
In what town was your first job?
Please select 3 questions and provide answers. You will be asked
to answer one of these questions each time you access online
banking on a new computer.
Step 4: Create a Personal Greeting and Image.
Type a Personal Greeting in the space provided. An example of a Greeting
is “Hello John”
Select an Image that will appear each time you login to online banking.

This is to verify that you are visiting the Citizens National Bank Online
Banking site. If you do not see this greeting and image at login, please do
not proceed any further and contact an account representative.
Step 5: Answer one question from Step 3, to save your changes. If using a non-public
computer, select “Register this computer.” Do not register public computers,
such as those in libraries and schools.
Step 6: Login using your User Name and Password. Notice that your Personal
Greeting and Image are displayed.
